- Created intake process using Zapier forms that integrated to the Jira board. Rolled out company-wide.
- Optimized and automated Jira processes for enhanced efficiencies which included automated progress updates
- Guided leads through agile adoption, sprint planning and best practices
- Developed training, process and best practice guides for all teams
